Compassion. Connection. Coping.
Therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life’s unexpected challenges.
Welcome. If you're looking for a professional, compassionate therapist who offers a non-judgmental space to share and coping skills to handle life's challenges, I'm ready to support you. I bring over four years of psychotherapy practice, following more than five years of social work experience.
Whether you're newly diagnosed with ADHD or BPD, finally ready to tackle the anxiety or depression you've been living with for years, dealing with trauma or relationship issues, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life — I'm here to help.
I believe meaningful growth happens in relationships and community — through connection, we can create lasting change together.
If you’re looking for a therapist in North Bay, I’m ready to meet you. If you’re living elsewhere in Ontario, I offer virtual therapy sessions across Ontario for teens, adults, and couples. Whatever your needs may be, I’m here to support you as you take the next steps toward healing — with care, understanding, and compassion.
Warmly,
We all need support
